I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mecure Almaty and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service provided by the front desk team, including ILYOR Roikhoinov, Ilyor Ibdiminov, and Arzho, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a high level of professionalism. ILYOR Roikhoinov went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests set the tone for a wonderful stay. Ilyor Ibdiminov also provided exemplary service, demonstrating extensive knowledge about the local area and offering excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment. His friendly demeanor and eagerness to help truly enhanced my experience. Arzho was equally impressive, handling all my needs with grace and efficiency. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing assistance with room amenities, Arzho's dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident. The accommodations were superb, with well-appointed rooms that were both clean and comfortable. The amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Overall, my stay at Mecure Almaty was truly memorable, thanks in large part to the exceptional front desk team. I stayed in this hotel for about a week and would consider it for my next trip to Almaty. My room was well equipped and featured a big bathroom. It was very clean and more or less soundproof with a nice view onto the city. Since my stay happened to be during my birthday, hotel management decided to surprise me with a cake and a kind note in my room, this was very much appreciated. Thank you again for that! Overall the attitude of the staff was very good, professional and welcoming.

centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants , events, parks. Breakfast is very good , well -spread. Staff is helping, mostly knew English. In Hotel, Restauant food if quite good. Reception area and relax sitting area near the Bar is quite big and well maintained. They allowed us to have some of our own food in the area, meeting in this area. thank you. Reception staff is also courteous and helping. Late check out was allowed, and we appreciated it very much.
