Mercure Almaty City Center

I stayed in this hotel for about a week and would consider it for my next trip to Almaty. My room was well equipped and featured a big bathroom. It was very clean and more or less soundproof with a nice view onto the city. Since my stay happened to be during my birthday, hotel management decided to surprise me with a cake and a kind note in my room, this was very much appreciated. Thank you again for that! Overall the attitude of the staff was very good, professional and welcoming.

The location of the Mercure Almaty City Center hotel is impeccable. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay from our first steps in the hotel all the way to check out. The suite we booked was very spacious and had nice amenities. It's a great place to stay in the lead up to big events.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay at Mercure. We had the superior king suite, which was wonderful. Great location and good service. There are lots of food places near by - we liked Marmaris restaurant and Fornarina - both are just across the street. Plus there was a grocery store right nearby (Magnum), very conveniet.

Room is spacious and modern. Staff is also helpful. Breakfast is really good. Jacuzzi with the view of Tien Shan mountains is unbeatable. Many choices of restaurant and Arbat street is a few minutes' walk from the hotel.
